Back in itís 5th Year, the 2016 Mövenpick Gourmet Dessert Chef of the Year competition is challenging professional chefs to create a contemporary take on a classic ice cream sundae. A sundae made extraordinary with Mövenpick Ice Cream.

Be inspired by the origins of Mövenpick Ice Cream, whether it's the juiciest Alfonso mangoes from India, passion fruit from Ecuador, limes from Mexico, heritage raspberries from Chile, or handcrafted caramel pieces from Basel in Switzerland. Created by chefs, for chefs, the Mövenpick Ice Cream Makers journey across the world to carefully select the finest natural ingredients.

To register your entry to the 2016 competition, email your details to MovenpickGourmetDessertChef@uk.nestle.com before 4th April 2016 and submit your Perfect Sundae recipe and photo before 3rd May 2016.
